About
Embrace your innate power to heal yourself and thrive. Release the invisible ties that drain your energy, trigger strong emotional reactions and keep you stuck in old patterns, beliefs and programming. Autonomy Awakening is based on Phyllis Krystal's proven method, developed in the late 1950s and detailed in her book "Cutting the Ties That Bind". It's a gentle, visualization-based approach to releasing subconscious emotional bonds that limit personal freedom and growth. The method helps individuals detach from external controls and rely instead on their own inner guidance. The subconscious mind acts like a vast data bank, holding all our life experiences, conditioning, beliefs and automatic patterns (often formed in childhood through fear, dependency, guilt or the need for approval). Unlike the conscious mind, which responds to words and logic, the subconscious communicates primarily through images, symbols and pictures (much like dreams or ancient languages). Traditional talk therapy or conscious effort alone may fall short because it doesn't directly reach this deeper layer. Like Cutting the Ties That Bind, Autonomy Awakening's method bridges this gap by using specific symbols and guided visualizations to speak the subconscious's language. These symbols impress positive messages directly onto the subconscious, offsetting negative conditioning and reprogramming old patterns. This method leads to lasting change that can be more effective than surface-level cognitive work. The program begins with a 1:1 meeting to set healing objectives. The client then practices daily (about 20–30 minutes) with a custom, guided visualization using symbols to safely loosen and sever non-beneficial ties to external controls. Reflective worksheets are completed daily to help integrate insights and notice shifts as they arise. Dream work may also be used to track progress and confirm program completion. The program continues for about 8 weeks, though it varies for each person.
