A fully guided experience, where we lead you (or the group) step-by-step through a Heart Led meditation, allowing you to simply relax, receive, and immerse in the practice without needing to direct it yourself.

A teaching/coaching session focused on empowering you to develop your own meditation practice, with guidance on techniques, heart-centered anchoring, breath awareness, emotional processing, and building sustainable habits for daily use.

A combination of both, starting with guided elements for immediate benefit and presence, then transitioning into coaching to help you integrate and refine the skills independently.

Personalized guided meditation recording
Have us create your own personalized, guided meditation.
We begin with a one-hour Zoom consultation to deeply understand your intentions, goals, and unique needs. This collaborative discussion allows us to create the perfect meditation experience for you, whether for stress relief, mindfulness, heart-centered alignment, deeper spiritual connection, healing, or any other intention.
You can choose to include relaxing background music or nature sounds, or keep it voice only for a more intimate feel. The completed audio file has a standard length of up to 30 minutes. The cost is $220.
