Summary of Cancellation Policy Terms

1. Payment. Full payment is required at booking and is generally non-refundable except as otherwise stated below. 2. Client Cancellation & Refunds. If more than 24 hours notice before session start, full refund or credit toward future services. If 24 hours or less notice, or no-show, no refund or credit (full fee forfeited). For multi-session packages: The 24-hour rule applies per session. Early cancellation of an entire package may qualify for partial refund of unused sessions (case-by-case, minus transaction fees or non-recoverable costs). Exceptions for emergencies (serious illness, family crisis) considered at sole discretion of Heart Led Self. 3. Rescheduling. Requests with greater than 24 hours notice are accommodated subject to availability. Last minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is treated as cancellation (no refund). Repeated last minute changes may result in session forfeiture. 4. Cancellation by Heart Led Self. If we must cancel/reschedule (illness, emergency, etc.), you'll be notified ASAP. You’ll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at a convenient time. 5. Completed Services & Late Arrivals. No refunds once a session occurs or materials (recordings, workbooks, access) are delivered. If you arrive late, the session ends on schedule with no extension or refund to respect subsequent clients. 6. Policies, Terms and Conditions.
